explosion of social media has encouraged businesses to review their practices
concerning the handling of customer complaints. This is a good thing. However,
a small portion of customers believe that if they write, or threaten to write, a
bad review they will be rewarded with cash, discounts or bargains, even if
their complaint is not valid. Some companies, fearing negative reviews, may
bribe customers or allow themselves to be extorted for a good rating. We will
not do this.
honest feedback, and if we realize we have made a mistake, we will go to any
length to fix it. Every one of our customers is treated with respect, courtesy,
and charged fair prices. We try to turn every experience, even a negative one,
into a positive outcome. Without our customers we are nothing.
